Dear Ellas,

Lisa, you were the absolute best we dealt with during our wedding planning. You are smart, patient, dependable and always on the ball. You not only provided LOTS of help with our invitations, but you made our special day worry-free, seamless and perfect. You took such care with every detail, I couldn't have done better myself. We love you!

Zabeta, thank you for all your help. Everyone, including us, complimented the delicious and plentiful food, your beautiful hall and your courteous and efficient staff. The servers did a wonderful job.

Ethelsmum, Bonniedundee, and Cagey: Firstly, I wanted to apologize for the undesirable experience you had. Even though we train our servers to take good care of our customers, unfortunately it can happen that they don’t meet our standards of customer service. I can assure you that this does not happen often as we have been in business for over 40 years and have built our reputation on providing quality food and service. The only way we can be sure in correcting this is with your help. Please let us know what table number you were seated at. Also, I understand your group had prepared and brought in a cultural dish (haggis) and there was a misunderstanding between our head waitress and one of the organizers regarding the correct service of this dish; I do apologize for this. Ellas has been in business since 1967 and I apologize for not living up to the reputation we have built over the years. Even though we are not perfect we try our best to please our customers and do our best not to have any problems reoccur. I know you are very upset right now but I would really appreciate it if you could e-mail me at lisa@ellas.com or call me at 416 694-1194 and let me know where you were seated and if there is anything I can do for you.
